Our Team
Roger is a director, editor and producer, which means he has a gift for seeing the whole thing at once. After more than a decade making work for global brands, he knows what it takes to get from a good idea to a great final cut and how to solve the inevitable problems that pop up in between.
He loves culture in all its forms and has an eye for the moments, performances and little human details that make something worth watching. He’s also a big believer in having a plan, using the budget wisely and knowing when the best thing you can do is get out of the way and let someone talk.
When he’s not making things, Roger travels whenever he can, speaks fluent Japanese and French, and spends the rest of his waking hours with a two-year-old who is always ready to party.

Ted has spent more than 20 years making ads, first as an art director in Chicago and San Francisco and later as a writer in Atlanta, working with brands like AT&T, Mercedes-Benz and the U.S. Marines.
Spending a career on both sides of the creative department means he thinks in words and pictures, usually at the same time. He also knows how to be creative within the realities of real budgets, real timelines and the occasional curveball. He has a knack for how to make an idea feel bigger than its budget.
Outside of work, Ted loves classic cars, ’90s rock and roll, pizza, WWII airplanes, raising two kids with his beautiful wife and collecting pretty much everything he thought was cool when he was eight.
